We are the editors
Cecilie Refsum, Interior- & Lifestyle photographer
Cecilie is the photographer and magician of natural light. She is also in charge of the caserole`s & delicious recepies in “A little kitchen”.
Cecilie offer photography and materials for what you need within interiordesign, styling and decoration, commercially and editorially.
Photo, interiordesign and the art of colors play a great part in her life. Styling, decoration, purchasing and management in the retail industry has been my job for many years. As a coordinator within the commercial film industry I got first hand experience from a set in action.
Helene Arentz, Interior designer
Helene set up HA Interior Design in Norway in 2007 and relocated to southwest London in 2013. She draws inspiration from nature to create peaceful, welcoming environments in light, muted colours and top quality, natural materials. Trained as an interior architect in Oslo, her style is calm and has strong Scandinavian influence. She likes to mix in vintage pieces and design elements from other cultures, and pays close attention to pleasing textures and combinations. She moved back to Oslo, Norway in 2025, where she has her Interior Design practice HA Interior design.

“The House Edit” er et konsept utarbeidet av Interiørarkitekt Helene Arentz og Interiør- og livsstilsfotograf Cecilie Refsum, og er basert på vårt samarbeid innen Interiør, styling og fotografi gjennom mange år.
Navnet “The House Edit” er en link tilbake til London der et felles Interiør og fotoprosjekt ble utgangspunktet for et annerledes konsept. Det er en drøm for oss å bringe vakre steder, muligheter, estetikk og en tidløs interiørfilosofi hjem til deg i vår egen form. Vårt konsept er basert på varme følelser for levd liv, kvalitet, drømmer og historier heller enn trender. Vi håper å inspirere til personlige hjem.
“The House Edit”started out as a Interior & photography project over a year in London, 2022. Helene and Cecilie are passionate about Interiors and the beauty of conveying personal stories in the best possible setting of natural light. Always focused on silent details aiming for an unique approach to the field of home- and interiors. Collaboration and curiosity drive everything we do.
